Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@mylyl.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and you won't be charged. If you see a pending transaction, it will be reversed within a few business days.
  • If your order has already shipped, you can return it under the return policy below.

30-Day Returns

We want you to shop with confidence, so we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

You'll receive a full refund (excluding original shipping costs, where applicable) for unopened products returned within this window.

Please include the original packing slip, or a note with your name, order number and the email address associated with your mylyl.com order.

Opened products

For health-protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Once a product has been opened, it can no longer be resold and must be excluded from returns. This protects the safety and quality of every product we sell.

This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products (see below).


Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • If the product is correct, undamaged and matches your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
  • If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, we cover the cost of the return at no charge to you.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact us at info@mylyl.com to start your return.
  2. Make sure the product is unopened with its original seal intact.
  3. Pack the items securely, including your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and order email.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our team in your return confirmation.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

We are not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to you (for example, damage caused by improper storage or handling).

If your product has a defect for which we are responsible, you are entitled to have the defect remedied, or the product exchanged for a new one, free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund all payments made under the purchase agreement.

We respond to any consumer complaint in writing within 15 days.


Where Is My Refund?

If you've returned your order and are waiting for your refund, please keep the following in mind:

  • Refunds are processed Monday to Friday.
  • Please allow up to 48 business hours for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
  • Once processed, you'll receive a refund confirmation email.
  • After processing, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to refuse a sale and to request the return of goods where a price displayed on mylyl.com was significantly lower than its market value due to an obvious error.


Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures in performing our obligations that result from circumstances and obstacles beyond our reasonable control (for example, postal disruptions or events of force majeure).


Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In addition to our 30-day returns described above, as a consumer in the European Union you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Please note the following statutory conditions:

  • The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only and does not apply to legal entities or business purchases.
  • During the withdrawal period, products may only be handled as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. You are responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods, and products must be returned unopened and with their original seal intact.
  • Food supplements, over-the-counter products and other health goods that, for health-protection or hygiene reasons, require specific storage conditions (humidity, light, temperature, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or unsealed, in accordance with EU consumer law and applicable national regulations.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please email us a clear statement of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order at info@mylyl.com. A simple message stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase is sufficient, no special form is required.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. After we receive the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent.
