Are your products registered and compliant in the EU?
Yes. All LYL products are registered with the national food supplement authority under the European Union framework and fully comply with EU requirements for ingredient composition, labelling and safety. You can verify any registered supplement in the official public registry: pakalpojumi.pvd.gov.lv/en/supplements
How are your products tested and manufactured?
Every LYL product is manufactured in GMP and ISO certified facilities under strict pharmaceutical-grade quality standards. Our active ingredients come from the world's leading producers, such as Aker BioMarine™ (krill oil), IFF Health / HOWARU® (probiotics) and AstaReal® (astaxanthin). Selected products carry additional third-party verification, and our krill oil is fully traceable from source to bottle.
Are your products backed by clinical research?
Yes. We build our formulas on clinically studied ingredients rather than generic blends. For example, our krill oil omega-3 (Superba2™) and probiotic strains (HOWARU®) have documented clinical research behind them, and our iron complex has been evaluated in a gold-standard, placebo-controlled trial. Where health claims appear, they are EFSA-recognised.
Which products are vegan or vegetarian?
Many of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, including LYL premiumC, ASTAXANthin and several BIOTIC products. Some products, such as our krill oil range and certain D3 formats, are not vegan due to their natural source. Each product's suitability is clearly marked on its label and product page.
Can I take more than one LYL product together?
In most cases, yes. Our products are designed to complement each other as part of a daily routine, for example omega-3 with vitamin D3, or a probiotic with vitamin C. We recommend following the dosage on each label and, if you take several products, spreading them across the day with meals. If in doubt, consult your pharmacist or healthcare professional.
Are your products suitable for children?
We have a dedicated range designed specifically for children, including Kids IQ Krill Oil™ (ages 3+), sunD3 KID (from birth) and LYL BIOTIC Drops (from birth). Each is formulated with age-appropriate dosing and gentle, kid-friendly formats. Always check the recommended age and dosage on the individual product label.
Can I take LYL products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Nutritional needs change during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and some ingredients have specific guidance for these periods. We always recommend consulting your doctor, midwife or pharmacist before starting any supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding, so they can advise based on your individual needs.
I take other medication. Can I use LYL products?
Food supplements are generally well tolerated, but some ingredients can interact with prescription medication. If you take any medication regularly, we recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist before adding a new supplement to your routine.
How should I store my LYL products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep them out of reach of children. Our spray and drop formats are travel-friendly and need no refrigeration. Always reseal the cap after use and follow any specific storage notes on the label.
When will I see results?
This depends on the product and your individual starting point. Supplements work best with consistent daily use. Some benefits, such as energy or digestive comfort, may be noticeable within a few weeks, while others, like omega-3 status or iron levels, build gradually over 1-3 months. Consistency is key.

The complete ingredient list and Supplement Facts for every product are shown on its individual product page and printed on the label. If you have a specific allergen or dietary question, our customer care team is happy to help.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days when shipped with our international express partners such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions), small delays are possible.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping above a certain order value (shown at checkout).
Below that threshold, a small shipping fee applies depending on your country and delivery method.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email from the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS or regional partners), allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to all EU countries and a wide range of international destinations.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lyl.eu or via live chat — we’ll investigate and make it right.
How do I know my order went through?
Right after checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number, items and total amount.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry if that happens. Please email support@lyl.eu with your order number and photos of the product/parcel. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can usually return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
